Introduction
Welcome to Linca Aesthetics. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the non‑surgical aesthetic treatments we provide. By booking or attending any treatment, you agree to the practices described here. If you have questions at any point, please get in touch before proceeding.
Eligibility & Medical Disclosure
All clients must be at least 18 years old. During your initial consultation, you’ll be asked to share a full medical history—including any medications, allergies, or health conditions—to help ensure that your chosen treatment is safe and appropriate. If any information changes between booking and your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Booking, Cancellations & Payments
To secure your appointment, a non‑refundable deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit. Cancellations or no‑shows made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened or rearranged to avoid affecting other clients.
Treatment Results & Care
Our treatments are designed to enhance your natural beauty, but outcomes can vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee perfect results; rather, we aim for noticeable improvement while maintaining a natural look. Immediately after treatment, you may experience temporary redness, swelling, or sensitivity—this is normal and will settle in the following days. Please follow any aftercare guidance provided to support healing and optimise your results.
Refunds & Returns
All payments for treatments—including deposits—are strictly non‑refundable. In exceptional cases where a medical contraindication is discovered after payment, we may, at our discretion, transfer the funds to another suitable treatment. Linca Aesthetics does not ship products and does not offer refunds for services. Any product purchases made in‑clinic are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We process your personal and medical information solely to provide safe, effective treatments and to comply with healthcare regulations. All data is handled in accordance with GDPR. Clinical records are retained for 30 years, after which they are securely destroyed. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data—please email contact@aestheticsbylinca.co.uk to make a request.
Complaints Policy
We strive for excellence in care and service. If you have a concern, please contact us first at contact@aestheticsbylinca.co.uk or call the clinic. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within three working days and resolve issues promptly. If your concern remains unresolved, you may request an independent review via the Independent Doctors Federation and, ultimately, external adjudication through ISCAS. Detailed escalation steps are available on request.
